Entering the Reservation Lottery

Only Resident Groups are able to enter draws for the lottery.
Applications for entrance may be made online using a computer or cellular phone.
※Please note that applications will not be accepted via telephone or visiting the Gymnasium directly, although we are able to offer computer assistance at the Reservation Office (applications can be sent through on the computers located at the 2nd floor Information Corner, found at the General Reception of the General Purpose Gymnasium after its official opening).
For Groups who have previously registered an email address with their registration, notification for results of the lottery will be sent via email. Registration or changes to mail addresses may be made through our Reservation System.

Application for Lottery after Winners are Announced
To be made 3 months prior to use on 1st (or January 4th)

Reservations maybe be made by Resident Groups and Non-resident Groups alike on a first-come basis.

Payment must be made within 8 days prior to the day of use (this figure includes the day of use).
Where reservations are made between 4-8 days before the day of use, payment should be made at any time up until the day before use.
Payment may be made via the following options:

All Lotteries are machine-generated
Winners are announced through the Reservation System
For those who have previously registered an email address, winners will also be announced via email.
